Echo Engineering Concludes 5th Annual National Sales Meeting
Echo Engineering recently held their 5th annual National Sales Meeting at Echo’s headquarters in Indianapolis, Indiana. Sales representatives from across the nation and Mexico joined together with inside departments for a discussion on Echo’s goals, commitments, and processes. This particular National Sales Meeting was significant because of Echo’s recent acquisition of Ammex Plastics as well as Echo’s developments of the core technologies.
The 2018 National Sales Meeting primarily focused on learning more about Echo’s Core Technologies, (Sealing, Connecting, Fastening, NVH, and Customer Focused Technology) and discussing future processes and communication to increase Echo’s efficiency while maintaining The Echo Way.
Escape Room
After the first day of meetings, Echo team members participated in the Escape Room downtown Indianapolis. The Escape Room pushed team members together to solve riddles while thinking critically to achieve a timely escape. Team members from different regions joined together and only a few successfully escaped.
Topgolf Outing
After the second day of meetings, Echo hosted a relaxed event at Topgolf in Fishers, Indiana. Topgolf served as an excellent environment for casual team bonding. Although many employees are still suffering from sore muscles after playing, everyone had a great time bonding and socializing with each other while eating fajitas and driving golf balls.
Visit to Monroe Facility
On the last day of the National Sales Meeting, Echo took the outside teams to the recently acquired Ammex Plastics plant in Monroe, Michigan, to give them a better understanding of manufacturing plastic components and Echo’s capabilities. Echo Engineering values creating experts in the manufacturing field of finishing processes and OEM plastic and rubber components. Echo looks forward to the rest of this year with exciting, upcoming changes and continuing to build relationships with team members and customers.
